Products and stock

Our stock levels are updated regularly from our suppliers, but availability can change quickly. If a product becomes unavailable after you have paid, we will let you know and offer an alternative or a full refund.

Product images are for illustration. Specifications come from the manufacturer and may change without notice.

Prices and payment

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept payment through Paystack (card and other methods shown at checkout); orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, and we will tell you before doing so.

Delivery

We deliver nationwide within South Africa by courier. We do not offer collection. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after payment, depending on stock and your location. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays.

Please check your order when it arrives and tell us within 48 hours if anything is wrong or damaged.

Cancellations and returns

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched for a full refund. After delivery, our Refund and Returns Policy applies, including your 7-day cooling-off right for online purchases.

Warranty

Products are covered by the CPA’s 6-month implied warranty on quality and by any manufacturer or supplier warranty stated on the product page. Warranties do not cover misuse, accidental damage, power surges or unauthorised repairs.

Your information

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost data or profits, arising from the use of products bought from us. Please back up your data before installing new hardware or software.

Disputes and governing law

If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it quickly. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
